No, you will need to begin the financing process prior to pickup.
You can begin the process by filling out a financing application as early as you want. We suggest you begin the financing process no later than when you receive your final order confirmation from our Sales Team. This will allow you to have ample time to complete the financing documents.
The customer will always pay sales tax. For Texas residents, Casita will handle sales tax and registration. For non-Texas customers, if you finance with us then your sales tax and registration will be handled for you. If you are a non-Texas customer and do not finance with us, you will need to handle sales tax and registration on your own.
